Part-time position: Assistant Director of Operations

The assistant director will need a solid working knowledge of US Youth Soccer and US Soccer Federation rules and policies, understanding of Rosterpro registration system, registration policies of NYSWYSA and US Youth Soccer, excellent project management skills, good communication and writing ability, basic web design skills, and solid customer service skills.   

This job entails maintaining the website and e- communications effort, managing or assisting with the management of a variety of projects including State Cup, summer camps, the Academy, and the Olympic Development Programs. Interacting with parents and club officials. Researching the value and potential of new projects the state organization might offer to members.
 
Required skills: Strong understanding of US Youth Soccer and NYSWYSA policies and rules, ability to communicate well in writing, proof of ability to plan and execute large projects, good analytical skills, knowledge of web design and maintenance within a content management system, ability to manage e-commerce and mass email systems.   Position location: Corning, NY.    Average hours per week = less than 25.
