NYSWYSA Scheduled Courses

Please be sure you have a valid risk management pass from NYSWYSA or any US Youth Soccer state association (IE. ENY, EPA, PAW, etc). No coach will be permitted into a NYSWYSA coaching course without a valid background check administered through a USYS state association's risk management process. The NYSWYSA risk management process takes approximately two weeks to complete.
REFUND POLICY
A candidate seeking to withdraw from the course must do so in writing to coachinged@nyswysa.org. Once a candidate registers for the course, the hosting association has made proper arrangements for instructors, classroom/field space, & materials to accommodate that candidate. If a candidate cancels at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of the course, he or she may receive a full refund. If the candidate fails to cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the course, only attends a portion of the course, or does not show up for the course, the entire course fee is forfeited. By registering for this course, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the course policies regarding course assignments, attendance, registration fees, and refunds.
Grassroots Courses
New Coaches to the Digital Learning Center (DLC):
Please insure you follow the following steps to be able to register for any US Soccer Coaching Education Grassroots course’s:
Step 1: Create a free DLC account at https://learning.ussoccer.com/coach/
Step 2: Please register your information and watch the Introductory Video on the DLC under your new account.
Step 3: Pick a course below and register for that course.
*EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2024* All fees listed below include required US Soccer Fees
In Person Grass Roots Licenses (4v4, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11): $85.00
In Person D-License Course: $375.00
In Person C-License Course: $1,800.00
NYSW State Level Coaching Certificate: $75.00
