Mailing Lists - For NYSWYSA Member Organizations

Quote Fee:  A $100.00 quote fee will be charged to client to provide target specific counts.  

E-mail List - $200.00/thousand names with a $600.00 minimum.  Client supplies message and any artwork to NYSW and then NYSW staff will send the emails for the client.

Newsletter Advertisements for Non-NYSWYSA Organizations

Fee - $1,500 advertisement slot to be included in NYSW monthly newsletter and sent to approximately 50k NYSW families (players, coaches, admin staff). Fee includes up to 3 monthly newsletters.

Format - A box with details on the program that will fill 1-2 paragraphs and include a small square logo and link to additional details such as a website or flyer. 

Payment for Email List Services is due prior to release of email by NYSW staff.
